Brewer Inspection Services, Inc. was founded by B. W. Brewer, and has been serving the Saint Louis area since 1990. As a company, we have inspected over 30,000 homes and commercial properties.

Our office staff makes sure everyone from the clients, to the agents, to the inspectors are taken care of in a timely and courteous manner. They are very proficient in arranging for all necessary access, smoothing the inspection process and explaining our services.

Our inspection staff is exceedingly experienced with all types of houses and buildings, including new construction to homes over 100 years old. We inspect single family homes, multi-family homes, commercial, and light industrial. We cover not only the immediate metro Saint Louis area, but also outlying areas, as far as 100 miles away. Our ASHI certified inspectors are extremely experienced and qualified.
