and major systems of a home, from roof to foundation per ASHI "Standards of Practice".
A standard home inspection report typically summarizes findings from a visual inspection of
the home's condition, often including heating and central air systems, interior plumbing and
electrical systems; roof, attic and visible insulation; walls, ceilings, floors, windows and doors;
foundation, basement, and visible structures.

Commercial Inspections differ from a residential inspection and vary on price

number and type of mechanical systems.
